I hope you do find your kitty soon! You might want to put some flyers around.....I have a neighbor who feeds stray cats, so maybe yours found someone similar!

given that two cats are missing at the same time, sounds like either someone adopted them or took them to a shelter. be sure to check your local shelter(s) for a possible turn in.

I have posted many flyers around, the council know, all the rescue charitys have his details, he is on missingpetsbureau.com, adverts in the local newspaper.
I have now decided that my other cat does not go outside and if i get any more cats they dont either, my other cat is very upset at the moment i have been given him lots of cuddles which only makes him better when i am cuddling him, this is upseting as well seeing my other cat stressed.

My cat HATES being inside he meows constantly digs up carpets near the door's. He has a litter tray but does not like using it and gets very upset and i normally give up and let him out to the tolet. I think he is lonley inside as he has freinds outside. I dont want to get another cat as i still hope that my other cat will come back. Does any one have any ideas on what to do. :?:

If you are requesting tips for indoor living, would be best to post in Feline Health forum please...of course, the same applies, this board strongly encourages indoor living only for cats, we could give you all sorts of tips, but you must be willing to accept full responsibility for your cat, get active and committed into finding out the causes of the litterbox avoidance and be open to suggestions on resolving that issue as well as the indoor-outdoor issue for your cat's safety and well-being.

The responsibility begins with YOU. Your cats are depending on you for their health, well-being, happiness and safe/secure environment.

agreed, keep in mind that indoors have their own share of dangers as well, just mentioning to be thorough.

be sure to get to the bottom of your others litter box problems...post in feline health for that if you need some direction with it or search the board.

sure hope you are able to find your cat

I do hope you have luck. I lost my cat last year and looked everywhere, put flyers everywhere. put a flyer on the back window of our car and it turned out our neighbour across the street had "adopted" my cat, thinking she was a stray! she was only 40 yards from me the whole time. make sure you ask all your neighbours etc. she now has a collar and name tag. good luck anyway xx
