Pat, you have a website, right? Pics must be stored on a web server before they can be posted. After your pics are uploaded to your website, you can either use the BBCode option or use HTML to post.
BBCode: There is an Image button above, click on it and it will insert a beginning image tag for you (
). Follow that with the complete url of your picture (http://www.yoursite.com/yourimage.jpg), then close the tag with [/img].

The Support forum and also the Welcome Message in the health forums also have instructions for posting pics using BBCode.
