I need help!! My cat who is about 15 years old has been moving his bowels in my living room! It's usually behind a couch or next to a plant he has been doing this almost every other day. Sometimes we would find his little "presents" in the basement as well. His litter box is in the laundry room and he never had problems with missing until now. Is this a serious problem?? I don't know what to do I'm so worried!

Get him to your vet immediately please.....since he is 15 years of age, it's time for a complete bloodwork panel done/urinalysis/thyroid function tesing to ensure he has no underlying health conditions surfacing.

Don't wait on this please, any cat over the age of 7 should have yearly bloodwork done.
