My cat is being kinda nasty. Help!

I own a male tomcat who lives outdoors (but has a shelter and everything). He's been my pet for a little over five years. He loves to have his tummy rubbed, and I never had a problem with that before. But lately, he's been getting a little TOO happy when I rub his tummy. He's neutered, and he never did this in the past. It only started about a year ago. I'm not rubbing his tummy in a bad way. Why is he doing this? What can I do to keep him from doing this? It's really bothering me!

He's like...getting...y'know, like he wants to mate or something.

Nothing you can do about it, it's normal behavior, because he is excited, ...and content.

It's normal? So he's just relaxed, then? Okay...I feel a bit better about that.
