all for hte shelter.
First the good news. The little fellow we were worried about came through! when we arrived this morning he was walking and prancing around his kennel. We will continue the prednizone treatment and hope for more improvment.
First I took these adoptees to the vet for their spay neuter and shots. On the way there they took care of the three "P"s. (They peed, pooped and puked.) So much for fresh baths.
Then it was to Second Harvest to pick up some pallets of dog and cat treats. You can't see it well in this picture, but the Jeep was litterally packed to the Roof.
This may give you an idea of how packed it was.
Then it was drive to Vacehrie where most of the packages were delivered. This about 2/3 of what I had packed in the Jeep. The remainder went back tot he shelter for the Shelter pups. One of the happy recipients of this largess can be seen in the old pickup, which doubles as a crate.
Then it was back to the vet to pick up our altered and slightly drunk pups. Surprsingly no one Peed, pooped or puked on the way back.
Wonderful news and a long day behind the wheel....
