The Dogs seemed a little surprived by the Fog this morning. It isn;t like thay haven't seen fog before.
The poor visibility slowed Inky to a blur..
Some of the slower moving dogs became almost like still lives...
Bernie became a statue on the Dog House, gazing of into the yard.
Ebony became a similar fixture on the Patio.
Ivory dug herself a comfy cool hole in the damp ground and settled in. For some reason she invited the interest of some birds who evidently were not visiually impaired by the fog. They kept swooping low over Ivory. There are no nests near by and they wre way too small to consider Ivory a meal, so i wander at their interest in her.

Re: Foggy Morning pics
Great pics, as always.
I suspect there will soon be nests nearby. I've heard of birds using dog fur to build their nests - even pulling it off the dog in some cases. Maybe they were checking out some nest-building supplies! I can't remember now who told me about it - whether it was someone I know, or something on one of the boards, but there was one old dog who was shedding, and the bird would come down and pull out the loose clumps of shedding fur while the dog slept under the tree where the bird was building the nest. I remember being amazed that the bird would risk being hurt by the dog, but apparently, it wasn't afraid.
