New breed does well at the dog show! pic

Hello everyone,

Here's an update on a new breed taking top honors at the dog show tonight! It's a rare Blue-Eyed Catabeag, seen here jumping a creek to chase an evil critter (actually, his people say it's because he doesn't like to get his feet wet). Disposition: friendly and goofy Obedience level: when he wants and food is involved



Sorry, but I couldn't help myself I didn't watch any of the dog show tonight, although I saw some last night. The dogs all looked great, but I have to say I'm glad I don't have a thing to do with it. Cuddling with this new breed at home works for me.

Mary- that is so cute- I totally agree with you!

ps- You would have loved the show I saw the other night...all types of dogs doing different kinds of things..the "top dog" was a mixed breed- very nice show and fun for the dogs.

Thanks Kelly! He's a mix of something or another; our vet's best guess is a mix of Catahoula Leopard and Beagle. I just combined the two to give him a fancy-sounding name for my goofiness
