Vicious cat

Please help, my cat is becoming increasingly vicious. She spends all her sleeping time in my bedroom, if anyone enters including myself she hisses and a lot of the time, attacks. she has also started to bit if she has had enough of being stroked. She is very demanding for attention and meows alot. I have always given her a lot of attention and she sleeps with me. What can i do to stop her hissing and attacking.

when was the last time she was seen by a vet? how old is she? has eating/drinking/litter change at all recently? has diet or environment changed recently?
