The appropriate thing is to get her checked by your vet to rule out parasites, or bacterial infection (i.e., worms, clostridium, campylobacter, giardia, etc) before administering any medical approach. If she's dehydrated, you want her checked by your vet.
You can try fasting her for about 8 hours and only give water. But, call your vet first because we don't know if she has any prior or existing health concerns. He may then advise she be seen promptly, or give you tips for treating her at home.
Make sure you're feeding her a low-fat, highly digestible diet for now until you and your vet have ruled out parasitic or bacterial problems.
