I wrote in last week about a lump I found on Scooters side up under his arm. He went to the vet yesterday to have that checked and be neutered. They said it's nothing to worry about...just a fatty growth under the skin. We just have to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn't start bothering him. I wanted to post this to let people know that things aren't always bad but definitely get them checked out as soon as possible. Hopefully he's still speaking to us after we bring him home this afternoon.
lipomas are pretty neat...you can sqush them move them around etc...i am not saying to do that but get to know the feel so you can detect any changje...we had a pathology professor who said a positive way of knowing they were lipomas when you took them out,,,,if you just fel like you wanted to throw them at someone...they were a lipoma...
