Okay I have 2 cats. The other night I came home and there were 6 piles of puke....many with alumminum foil in them (one raided a garbage can and yes there were big chunks)). There was some blood in the puke. I live in S.Korea right now and I know their medicine is sub par for humans so I'm worried I'm not getting proper advice. One cat was normal..the other yelling all the time and dragging her stomach on the floor and rolling around a lot.
Took her to a vet, they X-rayed her found nothing and she has not puked since. She is however crying all the time, still dragging her stomach on the floor. She is eating a bit. She is 1 year old, has not yet been neutered but this all began Friday night and its moday now. She has also never been anywhere near as crazy for *beep* reasons in the past. I'm not sure what to think and have no idea if there is a problem but she really seems like she's suffering. I'm trying to be patient but am quite concerned. Please, does anyone have any advice to offer?

I have to add that the x-ray did show a lot of gas buildup in her. But nothing has been done to help her with this.....is it something that will just go away? I dont know if she's doing her thing in the litter normally (as we have 2 cats) but I haven't seen her do it. She might be though.

Aluminum is a toxic metal, I would be afraid that the symptoms might be from that. Did the vet do any blood work at all? I do not know if the toxin would work that quickly. It can cause blockage and vomiting and other problems.

What do you mean by "her stomach dragging on the floor" ? Could you be more specific please? Is she eating, drinking normally, and is she active, bright attitude, etc,....or is she lethargic, not eating, weak, etc?
If you cannot determine if she has had normal bowel function since Friday, you need to ask your vet to possibly giving her a kitty enema (warm water only)...or at the very least, give her Laxatone once or twice a day until she produces. However, if you feel she may be in pain, no matter how slight, you need to get her back to the vet immediately to rule out potential obstruction.
It's impossible to tell from your posts what is exactly the problem. Bottom line is, when in doubt at all, get to your vet.

I agree with others on this, and wanted to add that your cat needs to be spayed right away. She could be exhibiting signs of being in heat or even have an infection from not being spayed (this can occur with the uterus called pyometra).
Play it safe and have her examined and then spayed.

Thanks everyone...she seems to be okay. I'm guessing the toxicity was the culprit. As far as getting her spayed...we will soon...I didnt know there were dangers associated with that so thank you very much!
Yes spaying is the right thing to do as soon as possible.
If kitty starts exhibiting any signs of not having stools or discomfort or vomiting please call the vet back. The aluminum foil could still be inside kitty, and hopefully it did not cause any damage.
We have to constantly monitor our kitten, Chloe (6 mos) she eats anything she sees on the floor and is curious about boxes and cans. I empty the cans in the bathrooms constantly!! Please keep your kitchen garbage out of their reach or under a locked cupboard. I have mine under the sink cupboard with a tight lid on .
