I use SImple Green or vinegar and water solution for my ceramic tile floors. I also use Simple Green in the bathrooms, but I rinse thoroughly as a last step. I also have a Swiffer Wet Jet which I use the antibacterial solution, but I rinse after using and let dry (more work but safer for my two kitties).
I have used orange cleaner in the bathrooms and I just close the doors until completely dry. To me rinsing and drying is the key just as if you had a baby crawling around on the floor.
