I really like Impressionist art, and am so glad I can do it on the p.c. since I'm not artistic with my hands.

I use Paint Shop Pro 7 with a plugin called Virtual Artist. Both are made by Jasc Software and can be downloaded in full versions online from their site. Or, sometimes you can 'find' it elsewhere if you search hard enough.
