Tonight I'm praying for my friends and their dog Sheba

who went to the Bridge earlier today. This was a dog who was diagnosed with diabetes 6 months or so ago. She was very arthritic, and couldn't move very well. Her liver was also failing, and they knew last week her time was near. Sheba was a wonderful dog, a black mixed-breed love. She was about 13 years old. Her and Mr. Blue loved each other a bunch. Any spare prayers would be greatly appreciated!

Mary, my prayers are with Sheba..God speed. After losing Z on Saturday I can truly empathize with your friend. Thinking of Sheba and all the other dogs running free at the Rainbow Bridge and know in my heart they are all healthy again.

Thanks jdf and gsdzlu. I'm feeling so bad for them. I like the thought of Z and Roxy greeting Sheba. You know, I had a thought today about our Mr. Blue with all of this. As awful and hard as it is, I hope and pray that I'm around to be with Mr. Blue as he crosses over, too. I tell him we couldn't do anything about the misery he had before we met him, but I'm going to do my best to make sure he has a good, peaceful end.

Safe journey, sweet Sheba...It's so hard to lose a loved one and a precious member of the family..

My prayers are with your neighbors and Sheba..Hang in there Mary..I know it hurts and brings up alot of feelings.
