isn't taking this seriously at all! I really don't understand what drives people to get involved with dog fighting. Maybe it brings them a lot of money, or something, but it sure is "blood money" I wouldn't ever want.

i'd be really interested to know if the judge has any pets of his own... it's quite absurd... I mean how does he justify such a dramatic deduction in: penalties?

Actually it has nothing to do with penalties. Bail is assessed on how dangerous the accused is deemed to be to society. Apparently the judge feels this creten is harmless.

ooopsie.... :oops: i can't remember why but i seem to have used the word penalty instead of bail... i was just shocked that the guy got off with just signing his name when initially it was supposed to be more than that right? :? and to me it looked like the judge had reduced the bail to such an extent that he may as well just have laughed the case out of court himself...
