Why does my cat pick pieces of kibble out of her bowl?

Post by Yzma »

Bobbie Love has this strange habit of picking a couple of pieces of kibble out of her bowl and then dropping them on the floor and then eating them.... i've always wondered why she does this... does anyone know? she also sometimes dips her paw into a cup and then licks her paw...

How funny!! I have seen Honeybun (5yr old female) do this from time to time and she checks out her water with her paw and licks the paw.

Not sure why, just cautious maybe. Cats you gotta luv em.

Mona, HOneybun and Chloe :)

because she is a cat and cats do strange things....my dog also does it but pickes them out and leaves them here and there...She did this to "bait" the cat, ie so she could pounce on her when she went after them....cats been dead for amonth now but she still does it..
