Ian Anderson - cat fanatic

Post by BoxerTom »

I happened to be looking for some Jethro Tull lyrics and was reading the Tull site and found the following interesting. Ian Anderson is quite the cat fancier, and is involved in the care and proliferation of small wild cat species.

I thought that name sounded familiar...geez...are we reallllly that old? LOL!
Gotta say, I'm glad he realized what he did to poor Smudge was cruel and that he's much kinder now!
Kitty kisses,
Debbie

Yeah and if we could just teach that country boy about outdoor hazards  Did you see his kitten care section? Ugh...

But, he gets kudos for spelling out the conservation efforts and breeding/captivity hazards of the wild cats...

still can toot that flute! Saw Tull in Birmingham (AL) two years ago, and just couldn't believe that Ian was just the same as he was when I last saw Tull in May 1970.....for $5.00 :!: :!: :!:

Another huge cat lover was (gone, but never will be forgotten) Freddie Mercury. He had some beautiful felines, too.

All eight of mine (rescues one way or another) are just "cats", but each one is SPECIAL :D :D :D
I live in my own little world,
but it's okay.......they know me here.......
