ragdoll kitten bowel movement
ragdoll kitten bowel movement
ragdoll kitten - 3 months old - small amount of blood in stool - is this real bad - or could it be from straining to poop because of not enough moisture in food (dry)
Re: ragdoll kitten bowel movement
If her stools are very hard, infrequent or only small amounts at a time, and if she is straining, she could be constipated, which requires a quick vet visit.
At three months of age, eating dry food should not be causing these problems, what brand are you feeding her?
If you have not noticed her producing a normal stool within the last 48 hours, it's time to see a vet ASAP.

Your kitten's bowel movements do not sound normal. I agree with Traci that an appointment with a vet very soon is definitely in order.
