Solved the couch issue!

Tambrey, I used your suggestion and went with the plastic carpet runner with the little nubs on it. I spent an hour cutting pieces to fit the couch and nailing it to the bottom. Izzy stuck her head under it once, felt the nubs and ran far away from it. So, no more shredded couch! No more waking up or coming home to clouds of stuffing all over the floor, worrying if she's eating it, worrying about the couch, having to vacuum every day... THANK YOU!!
