Never fear, the Black Horde is here! (pics)
Just thought I'd put up some pics of my boys, affectionately known as the black horde... As you can see, they are very helpful.
Pat helping with laundry...
Captain Hook investigating a plumbing problem...
Pat trying to fix the ceiling fan... (remember, Pat is a professional, do not try this at home)
Pat and Spike helping with the ribbons...
Spike helping with the homework...
Captain Hook was in charge of the bubble wrap...
While Pat got the boxes ready...
And after all that hard work, it's time for a nap!

How cute...I'll bet you have a hard time telling who is who from a distance!!

Yeah, Pat and Spike are brothers, and Captain Hook was a foster that never left. Fortunately there are some subtle differences in size and markings (Spike is actually 4 pounds heavier than Pat!). It took me about a week before I could stop referring to my cheat sheet to tell which one was Pat and which one was Spike, though. Usually I can tell who it is by what they are doing, too. But I still get them confused all the time.
Actually, I got them right before I had surgery, so my mom came to stay with me. So I'd had them for a week or two, and I was laying on my stomach in bed doing a crossword and one of them jumped up on my back and started purring. I totally freaked my mom out when I told her exactly which one it was (she thought I identified him by his purr), because she couldn't see that the other one was sitting across the room from me in my line of sight.

And all of them tuxedos, they're gorgeous
Its great being able to identify them by purr, or vocalization, since you have triplets, that comes in handy!

oh yes, I can always tell who is who by their chirrrrp or purrrrr or meoooww...or by who is chasing who and who is yelling and whining about it...or who is on the top of thr fridge kocking cereal boxes over...they all ahve their places they like to go, and some of them I do not like them to go there...

Ha HA, Tambrey, I can relate....always fun going on vacation and leaving very specific instructions for the cats, I'm sure my caretaker thinks I'm insane, but she takes it all in stride

a caregiver would have to take it in stride with as many cats as we all have...hahaha...My mom is the one who comes and takes care of them when we go somewhere, so she is used to it!
I also have the cheerleaders who carry on when one is chasing another...oh there is hardly ever a dull moment around here...but sometimes I sit and look around...especially when 11 are in the living room...and wonder...what would someone walking into this house think to see THIS many cats lounging about...oh and a dog too...hahaha
See what I mean...that is on the top...Gypsy, Cuddles and Tiglet
then on the couch is Callie, Sammie, Baby Kitty, Majik and Sarah is on the arm...
The ones who chose not to get in the pic are Gump, who is usually in a chair, Skittles and Sissy, and Roo...I don't know where he was that day!
