Your kitten will probably "tell" you her name once you've gotten to know her and her personality.
Is there any way you can wait on introducing the kitten, until Stu is properly diagnosed/treated/healed? You don't want to risk a set-back in his condition with the stress of introducing a new kitten. I'm not suggesting you don't bring her home at all, I'm only suggesting you have to be careful with the stress regarding Stu.
