And these 3 rescued strays bring my current total up to 10!
This is Mimi.
An obviously domesticated but clearly neglected cat. I had her treated for worms, fleas, spayed and is still being treated for ear mites and a bad ear infection. She has no problem making herself at home at my Mom's and something tells me she's going to become a permanent fixture there.
These are the last 2 kittens, now 8 months old, from a litter of 5 I found over the summer. There were 4 black and white tuxedos and one all black. At the time, I was able to catch one kitten and he was immediately adopted out. They disappeared for a while and these two showed back up a few weeks ago. I'm hoping the other 2 were taken in elsewhere.
This is Riley.
He is very friendly, purrs like a truck and loves to be showered with hugs and kisses. He is very protective of his shy brother Max.
This is Max.
The vet told me he was too feral to adopt out and to split them up. All Max needed was some quiet time away from the other cat boarders and one-on-one quality time with the same person instead of a staff of many. By the second day I got him home I was able to pet him and by the third day, he was eating food off of my finger tips. It's going to take allot of time and patience but I caught these two brothers sleeping up against each other on the sides of the cages with Riley's paw extended over onto Max.

Re: Simple Addition
How sweet...your Mimi looks alot like our Feral we call Friendly...and the other two kittens are adorable...I am glad you had the patience to take them and work with them and are now giving them a wonderfully loving home...
As I said before...WELCOME TO DOUBLE DIGITS!

Re: Simple Addition
Yep, hands are full, pockets are empty. I'm not complaining though as their safety and well being are all worth it.
