Interesting fact about Boxers having the least inter-individual genome variation. I suppose this is related to the high incidence of many genetically-modulated diseases in this breed, including cancer.

Surely much inbreeding is the cause of the lack of genetic variation, the result, unfortunately, are the genetic diseases.
