Cleaning for company?

I have company coming next week and while she is not highly allergic to cats, I know that she can be sensitive around them allergy wise.

Anyone have a good suggestion as to how to (very cheaply) make the place as hypoallergenic as possible?

Keep in mind I just moved so there are still a lot of boxes around.
