Sticky Paw Strips

I think it was here where these were mentioned. I need something to keep my cat off the kitchen counter. I tried double-stick tape, but I don't think it worked since I still saw fur on the tape after several days of using it. I thought these strips sounded good, but they didn't have them at the local pet store. They hadn't even heard of them! Tried Petland and Wal-mart, but no luck. Where do you get these? Thanks!
