Hello everyone,

Hope you're all having wonderful, enjoyable Thanksgivings with lots of loved ones and good food! This pic is of me and Mr. Blue today, before we had dinner. We're having a wonderful day with my parents, and we've been out walking with Blue a few times. I'm very thankful today, for the ones in my life that love me so much, for Mr. Blue who also loves me so much and his feline sister, for my good health this year, and so much more, like all of you for the help, comfort, laughter, and tears!

She's Carmel, who adopted us 2 years before Mr. Blue did. She's 8 years old now. Like Blue, she was wandering stray, really skinny. I was sitting outside reading one evening after the university had let out for the year, and she came wandering up. It was another love-at-first-sight thing! We assume some student let her outside when they moved (GRRR!!). She had been spayed and declawed on all four paws. She's in great health, and has been happiest this week getting spoiled by my Mom. Her and Mr. Blue get along really well.

So glad you had a good day; I am enjoying the pic. "It" was very wet in New Orleans today.... we had heavy rains and storm warnings but no wind, and the lightning stayed in the distance. Win and Q and I napped off and on... normal for them but I will probably be awake all night. Oh, come to think of it, I did watch the National Dog Show - not a single German shepherd in either herding or working....

Anyhow, hope your weekend continues nice. Is there snow on the ground up there? Thanks again for the sweet pic.

ah...im pretty sure that is how i got my java, lots of students around here and they seem to like dumping off cats in my little neighborhood.

Hi Mary, Mr. Blue, and Carmel...Belated Happy Thanksgiving to you. Mr. Blue and Carmel look like they are having a great time! Did they get some turkey? My three line up behind me whenever I carve a roast, turkey etc and patiently wait for their treats!
