Picture time....

Post by TheSkeptic »

Cheryl washed some of the dogs today with a miniscule bit of assistance from me, so I decided it would be a good time to get some pictures while they were still clean.

The first I got was Prince, in a wonderful pose for a change and not all muddy or dusty.

Image

Next is Apache and the front part of Kaiser. the dryest and wettest of the washed dogs. Can you guess which is which.

Image

Here is Coco. Can't tell she has been washed. She is pushing with her hind leg and was soon standing while eating. .... I can't understand why she isn't walking.

Image

I heard a commotion outside and went to investigate. The neighbor's foo foo doggy was by the fence for a visit. Ginger quickly lost interest as it wasn't a bird.

Image

Prissy heard the commotion also. After taking htis picture I let her outside.

Image

Like Ginger she quickly lost interest, because it wasn't a ball or food. Of all those washed today, I think she is the only one still clean. look at that shiny coat! As for the rest, by the time we went back inside you would never believe the had ever been washed in their lives!

Image

Kaiser still looks pretty good after her bath and brush, but she has already been rolling in the dust!

Here is one dog due for a bath. We will get her next week!

Image

Last but not least here are our little demons who have been going after Inky, Freckles and even Mr. Dawg. (Even Brain Dead Pea Pod hasn't gone after Prissy. In fact I am surprised that whoever nipped Mr. Dawg's hind leg is still alive.)

Apache has extremely short fur - I assume this is the driest dog. Kaiser, being double-coated, will probably stay wet for hours.

What type of foo-foo dog is next door? Toy poodle with pink nails and a cute bow in her hair?

You got the dryest and wettest correct.

I think the dog next door is a Cocopoo. ....
