Don't know how many of you know about this story, but it happened near me - made the national news and one of the big news magazines (like 60 Minutes). Sabrina disappeared from her home in 1797 when she was 5 months old, and since that time, the authorities have always thought the parents did something to her. They even bugged their home in order to try to get evidence (which was later thrown out of court as an illegal wiretap). They sued the police dept and won. A little girl has been found in Illinois that is the spitting image of little Sabrina. If it's not her, it must be her double. She is a ward of the state right now, and it's a really confusing story.
