Allie, my first-born granddaughter

was born with a clubbed foot. She had surgery as an infant, but now required 2 more, because a tendon wasn't growing along with her. She had the second one today...it was short, and no overnight stay was required. She was so excited to get sparkles on her new pink cast. Not only that, the tooth fairy made an appearance and left her stickers and money!

Looks like she's a real trooper. She's adorable. Here's wishing her a quick and noneventful recovery

What a cutie! So glad the surgeries are going well for her...LOVE the bright pink cast!!
