Tambrey- I did miss you... figuring you were busy...so good to 'seeya'. Hope you health is good now.

Dede is so sweet and love all the pics...Tripod has the cutest little mug.

ps - I have a green robe too and Angel loves to lay on it. I had bought a new pink robe and returned it...the old one is just plain comfy and 'little bit' agrees.

Thanks....I almost ended up in hospital with the worst migraine I have had to date...it started, that I know of, last Saturday afternoon...but I figured all weekend long I had the flu with sweats and chills and aching muscles and runny/stuffy nose....but after thankfully seeing the best doctor at the clinic Monday morning...he determined it was a very serious migraine...and said I felt like that because it had been going on for so long that the pressure on nerves in my head and neck were causing my body to not function and regulate correctly...he said it is what was causing my neck stiffness and other symptoms for a while now (even since my LAST visit with a different doctor there...his wife), even though I did not have the traditional head pain of a migraine...there are ones that do not cause headaches, I guess....

He got me the strongest dose of meds to not stop the pain but stop the migraine...to shrink the vessels back to normal size...and he kept me there 45 minutes to make sure I was okay....
He said I would likely have a hangover for 2-3 days from it...to take Aleve to help with the swelling and take an Imitrex the next day...and I did....a dose twice what I normally take for migraines....

looking it up later on....I was a step away from the hospital because I was at HIGH risk for a stroke with the vessels in my head being screwed up so bad for so long from the ongoing migraine...

I could not think....I could not answer simple questions he was asking me...I think HE was worried as well...thankfully I was doing MUCH better within an hour or so and could actually SLEEP.

My husband keeps reminding me we are supposed to be finding a home for DeeDee

Oh Tambrey...I'm sorry to hear you have been going through so much. Glad you found the reason though and hope you are on the mend!

The furkids are just adorable. Deedee looks like a sweety. Love the pics of her cuddling with Gypsy...I can't wait for the day when Willow snuggles with Chunk like that. So far she will clean him and let him sleep about 6 inches from her but that's about it. I have a robe like that too...mind is a lavender color. Willow loves snuggling up to me when I have it on...lots of fur on mine too!

Love the pics of DeeDee with Gypsy. So sweet, Gypsy getting some kitten lovin' in the twilight of her life. Like a grandma with her grandbabies. :)

I love all the pics, and I'll bet just taking them helped you feel better!

Quick question, I noticed little DeeDee in a couple pics has alittle discharge from her left eye, is that on a regular basis? Does one or both here eyes water when she eats or during other times of the day?

Give Gypsy an extra special hug for me

DeeDee has done that off and on...just the left eye...of course nothing showed when I took her to the vet, as far as an injury goes...but yesterday she started sneezing - 15-20 times in a row...like Roo used to do, and still does....she eats and plays fine...but I want to get her checked again for an oncoming URI....especially since she is sneezing....but of course...today we are in a blizzard warning and all roads are CLOSED....not just travel not advised...but outlined in RED and towing prohibited and plows have been pulled...I went in to work and worked 3 hours and it took me over an hour to drive 27 miles home!

And Roo started drooling this weekend, and hanging his tongue out, and when I rubbed the sides of his face like I do EVERY day (because he likes it!), he let out a yowl and pulled away...left side...so HE needs to get in for a dental...and I cannot get him there today either!!!

I will give Gypsy a hug from you...she loves hugs and snuggling!!

I have a feeling DeeDee has found her home. She looks so content, especially with Gypsy and in the robe. She is a real cutie. All the other furkids are lovely too.

I too immediately thought DeeDee is good for Gypsy, obviously

Tambrey, just wanted you to know, or should ask your vet.....get DeeDee's teeth checked good, she could be having trouble with a certain tooth coming in (she looks of the age when her secondary teeth are coming in). Also, ask the vet about crocodile tears, my Cinnamae has this. It's a a nerve problem where the tear production and salivary glands have trouble "communicating", or, possibly a tear duct problem. Of course, also rule out URI.

Yes, please do get Roo seen for an oral exam as soon as you can get to the vet. If he's drooling, he's most likely in pain!
