We're home!

Two LONG days on the road, but DH and I are back in Texas. Kitties were VERY well cared for, and are both quite happy that we're home. We've been getting lots and lots of furry snuggles since we got home. Exhausted, going to sleep (in my own bed -- WOOHOO!) but wanted to check in with you fine folks first.

I did, E's. Unfortunately, it's the only kind of rain a Michigander knows -- freezing. Don't drive anywhere after dark tonight.

I woke up to a pile o' cats on my head this morning. This is unusual because normally they do not get in the bedroom, and even if they do, Izzy normally runs to explore the dark parts of the room. Apparently I was missed.
