Thanks Cleo...there are some markings that may help, but If you're standing up and looking down at them...there's absolutely no difference, LOL!
They are getting friendlier by the hour...and they were pretty friendly from day one. At least one has been using the litter box, but there are those that are still messy wherever their little hearts an butts desire. So today, after I take my shower, they will be moved in the bathroom where they will have less room and places to do this in. I hate shuffling everybody around like this (and this means the second litter box will be in the spare room again for a few days...all this back and forth with the litter boxes will just confuse my cats and be disruptive, but I gotta do something here! Wish me luck!!!
