What a cat!! That poor child. That was totally unprovoked. I hope the dog owners are charged or fined.

Good Tara-kitty, good girl!!

On the one hand, the dog is "under observation", assuming rabies vaccinated/quarantined with owner. On the other hand, stupid idiot owners for letting the dog out of their yard (if that's what occurred). On a third hand, the kitty owner also had kitty outside on a corner street.

Ah, the joys of neighbors. Glad Tara-kitty was there, but wish people would be more careful.

You have three hands?! ;)

Yea, I agree about the cat being out but in this case am glad it was. Also glad this didn't turn out a disaster for the cat. What that dog did was very close to what a Siberian husky did to a kitten of mine as a child...only the kitten didn't fare as well as the child. To this day when I see dog attacks like this I have flash backs. :(

Yes, one of them is invisible, available in case of emergencies :D

I know what you mean, dog attacks are nasty. Sometimes it's not completely the dogs' fault (I blame owners more than dogs), and I hate breed discrimination - I just hope people learn lessons after events like this (mainly the neighbor).

Yeah, glad kitty was there, I don't even want to think about what might have occurred had she not been there.

That kitty save made my day!

I agree with all of Traci's hands! And on the fourth hand, that dog didn't have a collar on either. At least I didn't see one and last I heard rehabilitation was doubtful and it might be put down.
