We didn't get the Bon cat spayed because we thought that the dogs would kill any toms who came a courtin.' (They normally kill all stray kitties, and possibly even their own cat once.)

We were mistaken.

Really? Their answer to possible cat over population is to let their dogs kill and tom's that "come a courtin'"?? People like this just make me angry. I might be overreacting but when I see people talk so lightly about dogs killing cats it makes my skin crawl. It could have something to do with me witnessing my cat mauled and killed by a dog when I was 8. Do I blame the dog? No, I blame irresponsible dog owners...like this. GAH!
