Most of you know me, but maybe some of you don't. I am aka Leilah's Mom. My website is www.wonderpuppy.net (Leilah's Laughs), lots and LOTS of dog stuff there if you've never seen it. I have Leilah, a 6 year old Vizagle, and Copper, a 12 year old Aussie.
I got Copper the Chickendog as an 8 year old with lots of baggage, after he bit someone (it was just too stupid on the part of the person involved, it should have never happened). I'd already known him since he was a teenager pup. His big problem is extreme fear of noise and confidence around people. He is now a happy house pet and now just walks out of the room in annoyance if I make too much noise, instead of running out in a panic. He's come a long way and definitely disproves the old saw about old dogs not learning new tricks!

I met Leilah the Wonderpuppy at 1 week old, brought her home at 8 weeks. Tried to raise her to be the world's most well behaved, spoiled dog I could imagine, and I think it worked. We're working through ASCA Open obedience title, we should finish it next time she decides not to crawl on the out of sight stays. We play at herding and agility once in a while when we get the chance, but doing those regularly is too tough on her knees. I have always been in total awe of this dog, she's the joy of my life.
