Electricity has gone out once already due to storms. ....

Sad day Tuesday -- The shelter is over full and on Tuesday many good, young healthy dogs will go to the bridge unless something happens. Several bite cases have to be kept for the 10 day period. Sad when Good dogs have to die, while bad dogs live on.
