Hi...first you have to have a server that will allow you to do remote linking. I'm not sure which free photo storage sites will because I have my own server space so I don't use storage sites. Once you have uploaded all you need to do is copy the URL of the pic location, then back here where you post a message click on the Img box up above the box you type in...paste the URL right after it, then click on the Img* box again to close out the code. I use www.freepichosting.com You have to download a simple to use and small programm, but it works for me!
