He had a bit of a run in with a skunk last night! He woke me up to go out around 3 or so, and I let him out the back door. I saw him bolt for the side of the yard for something black, until it raised its tail. Fortunately, he didn't get it real bad. I think it went mostly in his mouth, and a little on his face and one ear. I washed him a bit last night, and plan to do the hydrogen peroxide/baking soda thing later. He seemed more embarrassed than anything, poor pup! He of course came in and started rubbing his face all over the carpet, so that may need a treatment, too!

Poor Mr. Blue- Honey tried to play with one once, too...also just got a "dusting". Hope you get the remnants off him and the rug!
