Lip getting pink

Hi, My 9 year old toy poodle's lower lip is going from black to pink. It seems to be also on part of her chin. I think I've read about this somewhere & it's not good. Can anyone tell me about this?

happen in any breed...i doubt it to be a "condition" but might be good to get it checked out...if its congental depigmentation than lear to love it...but get it looked at just in case
