Taking Penny my bassett in tomorrow in the morning-

Post by Sue »

she peed in the hallway and I went to clean it up and it was orange and thick-What should I be expecting from the vet? She was a rescue and she had a massive infection when she came to me but until now she seemed fine. Havent seemed to be able to total housebreak her in 2.5 years, she has made alot of progress in that area :) Hoping for the best in the morning, she is such a sweet lovable girl.

sorry to hear Penny is having a problem, Sue. It could be that the infection wasn't completely gotten under control before or this could be another UTI. It's also possible that there is some abnormality in anatomy which makes Penny prone to UTI's. Here's link to info on UTI's...
