That's what I'd do. Unless you see some visible signs of distress or pain, I'd just suspect your dog is reacting to something you can't see or hear. Allie does that, and, since she was born deaf, I've always said she sees ghosts.

Well, davet suggested there might be a problem with a vertebra ... so maybe you want to have an x ray done to rule that out.
