Do dogs get warts?

Biscotti has a bump on her ear that reminds me of the wart on my son's leg years ago. If so, how would you treat it? Thanks....

it might be a wart but it also mmight be a histiocytoma which should be treeated...warts can be removed but usually not necessary unless they are in a spot where they are irritated,,,but better get this looke at in case it is a histio....

Thanks! I did a search for histiocytoma, and from what I saw, they are usually red and inflamed. This one is not, but I will have the Vet check it out. By the way, knock on wood, but I think we have her pseudomona ear cleared up......finally! A month after her 3rd ear flushing, it has not gotten goopy...

histios are not as you described in the beginning, they will eventuall turn red etc...also keep upo some sort or ear treatment periodically just in case...i always thought a swushing or eqaual part of viniiger and water twice a week was good
