Yes that's exactly it, thanks Arki. I'll try your method. I've been turning her in circles. It gets her walking straight and it's also part of her rehab. I really have to work on this. I re-read her rehab instructions and the critical time is the first 3 to 4 weeks. I'm only on the second week. Oh and the behavior modification is working. I've been sneaking into the house and racing into her bedroom and snapping a leash on her before she knows what hit her. I come in different doors so no one knows what to expect. I feel like a burglar."flip-flopping flounder impersonation"
I've noticed with the Ace that she is not afraid of the ramp or the door, and she will go into her room without a fight. It's making it a little easier. Plus she is off the pain meds so that is slowing her down. She seems to be sore by the afternoon and just wants to lay around. In the morning she is almost walking like a normal dog. I hope it's a good sign that as long as she is putting weight on it, she hasn't damaged anything.
Remy who is a couch potatoe was so much easier when he had his two surgeries.
