AM, also tell him to email me if he still needs help. We talked alot yesterday, he might have to yet "activate" his registration too.

correct Traci, his account is not active. he needs to follow the instructions in the email. the email includes the way to the board.

Here is his response after responding to the activate e-mail.

And they keep asking for my passoword and name and I enter it etc etc etc…just for kicks if you go into the canine board and wasn’t to post, give me the one,two three of it…so I can see where I am going wrong.---but I think I am registered but there must be a blockage someplace…maybe the Acme board snuck in…


Crap, I quite…now it tells me my user name has already been taken or something…will try again in a few days…..

How about if you delete davets user name and I can start him over from scratch or give him a password and I'll have him log in, then he can change the password. He has not patients for new things.

No, his activation worked, he is now active. He can post as a regular user, but because he is registered, he should be able to log in. Remind him of case sensitivity in his username/password.
