im making some slight changes on the board in an effort to speed up some of the typical queries for our users.

if you notice something you dont like (that has been changed) let me know. i might agree with you and then again, i might not .

so far, changed top images (cat and dog) when viewing a forum and removed left side links when viewing a topic...also, make viewing a topic larger on the screen.

im sure some people will simply shrug their shoulders at this, but i want to reduce as much latency as possible for our heavy hit pages.

altered most (i think all) of the images on the board. you should not notice a difference other than perhaps the board loading a little quicker.

the messages button at the top now is colored differently when you have a private message waiting to be read.
