Subjects on a reply

to help keep the topics semi clean and easy for users to browse, i have disabled subjects on replies.
original topics contain a subject but the replies to it are simply "Re: Original Subject".
im sure some will find this unpopular, but after a few years of posts it will help the overall consistency of the post database.
