I usually post as the "wonderful" Bluburd - - and my e-mail addy has been HHF2@cs.com. Everyone pretty much knows that.

BUT!!! , I just recently got my regular PC up and running (only took me just eight months to even get it outta the box!), and want to post using that e-mail addy since it's really my main one. So, I registered using the name Badburd ( :!: 8) :!: ), used a password only you two know, and put down my regular e-mail addy of howlinghillfarm@mindspring.com and had no problems. Got an e-mail back saying it's been activated, but then when I went to post, I got a msg. that said that the user name had already been taken! Surely Badburd hasn't been taken - it wouldn't have activated if it had, right?

So, as I said, HELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!

:? :? :? :?

why create a new account for this? your email address can be altered from the profile page once you login.

well, you just posted as Badburd so it would seem that is not a problem. remember, you must login to use your username....you cannot simply be a guest and insert your username manually otherwise the board will tell you that name is taken (expected behavior).
