Just a thought ... Have you two considered setting up a PayPal account, not to ask for donations but just to say, "if you like this site and want to contribute, here's how"? It's wonderful that this is a free resource, but I've gotten such valuable advice here ... and I know it must be a lot of work for you to maintain and monitor every day.

well...eh hem....first off a big thanks for even suggestion the notion. the admins here do this because we fulfill an obligation in our hearts and reap enjoyment from the experience of knowing such wonderful people.

before it is investigated for actual consideration, i would prefer to get a feeling on what our current users think about it...no obligation (gheesh), just let us know if you think it would be a nice thing to have here.

the board is here for you, if you want something..well, you pretty much get it!

please take a moment to respond to this if you want and voice your opinion on this matter. otherwise, i dont think it will be implemented.

....also say that, if you and Traci want to, you could maybe look into setting up a way that appreciative users could contribute to an animal organization on behalf of this site. I'm not sure which you'd choose (there's so many worthy groups!), but I'm sure there's one that you could agree on that would appeal to both cat and dog people. This is just an idea, if you're uncomfortable with accepting donations directly. Anyway, this is a good chance to chime in and add my appreciation for this site, and all of the knowledge of the two of you and other board members!
