our hosting provider has had part of their upstream cut off due to an internal dispute (yeah, great). our site may seem slow for some of our users...sorry, im searching for a solution but i doubt one is near.

i will update when i know more.

im actively staying on top of this. in the meantime, if you cannot wait and have what might be an emergency situation with your pet, pleast call your vet to discuss your situation.
