Sammy update

I wanted to thank everyone for their prayers for Sammy. Well it has been almost 5 weeks since he was diagnosed with cancer. The oncologist said Sammy had 4 to 6 weeks left. He does not seem any worse now than he was then. He is still eating and actually still looks good. His eyes are clear and his coat is soft and shiny. He only gets up to go to the litter box. I have been taking his food to him. He is getting around on 3 legs pretty good. He only gets up a few times a day but the medicine is keeping him very comfortable and his appetite is good. So I think prayer is helping him through this difficult time. He is a strong and brave little guy and we love him. Thank you everyone.

Having just lost one of my cats, I know how hard it is to have to watch your kitty during an illness. I will keep Sammy in my prayers. Be strong Sammy!
